So Friday night, after a great workout, I accidentally pulled my shirt over my head too fast and felt a muscle near my chest yank in a scary way. I'm totally fine, but decided to slow down this weekend so that I don't injure myself. I was in good shape before this challenge, but probably not good enough to push my muscles every day without the help from massages and the occasionally gentle day ( or two). So, I'll keep this short and sweet. Saturday and Sunday, before hopping in the shower, I did a quick 15 minute ab routine. Extremely mild physical activity,but at least I tried :) . I'm ready to kick some ass this week and get back on track! I believe that payday is Friday, so I'm hoping a massage is in my near future...that could be a game changer!
