Made it to ten days of fitness! 90 more to go! To some that probably isn't that impressive, but I'm going to take a moment and give myself a pat on the back :). Another day, another dark and gloomy morning. I decided that I was better off sleeping in, and saved my run for my lunch break at work. So glad that I did; in fact, Friday lunch runs may just become my new "thing". I was feeling pretty pent up and frustrated in the office, and homesick for Washington State, so I took a speedy two mile run around Millennium Park and the Art Institute. Getting outside and seeing my beautiful city reminded me why I like living here and really got some of my jittery energy out. I think it would be great if my company sponsored running groups at lunch- I bet a lot of people would benefit from that.
