Today, I was back to business as usual. Because of my wimpy workout last night, I decided this morning would be the perfect time for me to drag myself to my frenemy of an exercise class: Yoga Sculpt. WOOF! I love yoga and I actually do enjoy lifting weights from time to time, but something about that combination, with boot camp exercises included, just slays me. I've been three times and without fail, usually after some sick mountain climbing series, I find myself cursing the day I decided to care about how my jeans fit. Every minute is fairly torturous for me ( not only is my sweat "fat crying", but I am usually on the verge of sobbing for mercy), however the way I feel afterwards is UNREAL. I had 10 hours of class today and felt so focused and energetic the whole day- definitely giving props to Sculpt. I hope I don't scare anyone away from checking out this class, I clearly keep coming back to it. Also, to be fair, most participants this morning didn't seem as distraught over an intense pushup routine like I was...it wouldn't kill me to work on my core a little more! I guess that will be my focus for the next week- getting my abs jacked up!
